2. Orders & Cancellations

A contract is formed once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. After this time, processing or production may begin and cancellation may not be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Personalised & Customised Items

Personalised, customised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.

Please check all spellings, names, initials and dates carefully before placing your order.

4. Returns (Non-Personalised Items Only)

You have the right to return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

If an item is returned used, damaged (not due to transit), incomplete, or missing complimentary items, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you request the item to be sent back to you, you will be responsible for the re-delivery shipping cost.

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of:

• The damage

• The packaging

• The item with tags attached

Items must not be returned without prior written approval.

6. Delivery & International Orders

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.

Failure to pay customs charges that results in the parcel being returned may lead to deductions from any refund to cover shipping or handling costs.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
