Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7 day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at magnoliabynaila@hotmail.com. All returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer free returns.
If an item is returned in a condition different from how it was received, a suitable amount may be deducted from the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on personalised items, custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
